We never share your information to other companies for marketing purposes.
The very limited reasons and limited circumstances we have to share information are as follows:

Service providers. For example delivery companies.
If authorised by you we would discuss your company and our products with, for example your accountant in order to assist them in providing a service to you. Only to the extent necessary to perform these services.

Business transfers. If our business is sold or merged, we may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.

Compliance with laws. We may collect, use, retain, and share your information if we believe it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or to government requests; (b) enforce agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of our customers, or others.

Data Retention

We are required to retain your information to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. Generally we keep your data for 10 years.

You may also have rights to change, restrict my use of, or delete your personal information. Apart from overriding circumstances (for example the requirement to store data for legal reasons) we will generally delete your personal information upon request.
